Beverly Drew and Shelia Manning have been selling East Texas for over 30 years - a combined total of over 60 years of experience.  Together they have accumulated a sizeable number of resources that benefit their pool of buyers and sellers.  Working in tandem provides numerous benefits to their clients: Beverly, Shelia, or both are always available; any issue that could possibly arise has been experienced previously and handled professionally; active knowledge of the market and market trends, as well as additional benefits are listed below:

 
Buying/Selling
  • Manage appointments to show homes to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, pest control operators, escrow companies, and the like to ensure that all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are met before closing
  • Compare recent property sales to current holdings, thus ensuring competitive market price
  • Current knowledge on competitive real estate through conventions, review listings/ trade journals, and continuing education classes 
  • Experience with matters related to the real estate sales process
Financing
  • Assist client regarding financing options to ensure satisfaction
  • Generate lists of properties compatible with buyer's requests and needs
  • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when terms need to be negotiated
  • Assist in negotiation of terms surrounding purchases
  • Coordinate property closings and oversee closing procedures
Closings
  • Prepare contracts and important documents for selling or buying
  • Arrange title searches
  • Accompany buyers during visits and inspections to ensure satisfaction with value and condition of property
About Us
 
Beverly was born and raised in East Texas.  She and her husband live in Hallsville and have one daughter who was on active duty and continues to serve in the US Air Force Reserves.  Her daughter and son-in-law have 3 children.  When not working, Beverly stays busy with her grandchildren, gardening, and has volunteered with numerous organizations.
 
Shelia was born in Northeast Texas and came to Longview in 1982.  Her daughter graduated from Pine Tree ISD and currently works and resides in Longview.  Shelia spends all of her spare time with her granddaughter or riding motorcycles with the Patriot Guard Riders who honor our fallen heroes.
